The original plan for this blog was to present my ideas and thoughts about my passion, rock climbing. Taking a holistic and inclusive perspective. My blog will largely look at rock climbing from the perspective of; training for climbing, eating for climbing and thinking for climbing. But I have far too much to say about many things in life, and I believe much of what I look at with respect to climbing is applicable to other aspects of life and is a pretty decent way (dare I say better way?) to approach life.
